OUR PAYMENT POLICY: A 50% deposit is required to secure your desired event date. Deposits can be made through Zelle or Apple Pay. Full payment is due 7 days prior to services being rendered on the event date. Final payment can be made in cash or check made payable to Party Play Dates. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Our Party Play Packages are tailored to each client's needs, and we procure specific items for your occasion upon receiving the deposit. While we allow for rescheduling, it's important to understand that personalized party items may not be returnable once the deposit is paid. Additionally, our employees invest time and resources into preparing for each event.

Gratuity is not included and would be appreciated by our hardworking staff members who work hard to plan a fun and entertaining day for your guests! There may be a mileage fee depending on your location.
